联盟推广计划条款

本条款适用于参与 Goldunity Global Realty（以下简称“我们”）旗下考证教学平台之联盟计划的合作伙伴。通过加入联盟推广计划，您同意受以下条款约束。

These Terms govern your participation in the Affiliate Program of Goldunity Global Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for our license coaching platform. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following conditions.

1. 资格与注册 / Eligibility & Registration

• 申请人需年满18岁，且拥有有效银行账户或 PayPal 接收佣金
• 通过平台申请或邀请链接注册成功后，可获得专属推广链接
• 我们有权拒绝不符合条件的申请人

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid bank or PayPal account. Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link. We reserve the right to reject any applicant deemed ineligible.

2. 推广方式 / Promotional Guidelines

• 允许通过微信、邮件、网站、社群等合法方式推广课程
• 禁止任何形式的虚假宣传、滥发垃圾邮件、或误导性链接
• 推广内容不得损害公司声誉

You may promote using lawful methods (email, website, WeChat, groups, etc.). False advertising, spam, or misleading statements are strictly prohibited. Promotion must not harm the reputation of Goldunity Global Realty.

3. 佣金机制 / Commission Structure

• 成功注册并付费的用户将被记录为您的推荐用户
• 佣金比例一般为课程售价的 10%–30%，具体由合作等级决定
• 佣金将于用户购买后30日内结算（考虑退款期）

Referred users who complete payment will generate commissions for you. The commission ranges from 10% to 30% of course value, depending on your tier. Commissions are settled within 30 days of confirmed payment (to account for refund policies).

4. 结算与支付 / Payout Terms

• 每星期结算一次，满 $30 美元可申请提现
• 支持支付宝 / PayPal / 银行转账（可自选）
• 所有佣金均为税前收入，您需自行申报相关税务

Commissions are paid weekly with a $30 minimum threshold. Payment methods include Alipay, PayPal, or bank transfer. All payments are pre-tax; affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting.

5. 禁止行为 / Prohibited Conduct

您不得：

• 利用自己注册账户套利或虚假交易
• 在他人名下违规获取佣金
• 使用未经批准的公司 LOGO、教学资料或平台名义招商

You may not generate self-referrals or fake purchases, earn commissions using fraudulent identities, or misuse our brand, materials, or name without authorization.

如有违规，我们保留扣除佣金、永久终止合作的权利。

Violation of these terms may result in forfeited commissions and termination of your affiliate status.

6. 条款修改 / Program Changes

我们保留随时修改佣金比例、条款、或终止联盟计划的权利。最新条款将发布于平台网站。

We reserve the right to update commission rates, terms, or discontinue the program at any time. Updates will be posted on our official site.

7. 法律适用 / Governing Law

本协议受加州法律管辖。任何争议将提交洛杉矶县法院处理。

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
